Mr Tin Pui Tang is a renowned Hong Kong pianist and educator, and currently serves as Music Director of Tin Pui Piano Academy and Artistic Director of the Hong Kong International Piano Grand Prix Competition.

Academic Background

Mr Tin Pui Tang holds degrees from three world-leading conservatoires, an academic profile rarely seen in Hong Kong piano education:

Royal Academy of Music, London Master of Arts in Piano Performance, graduated with Distinction (2020). Awarded The Muriel, Lady Kadoorie Music Scholarship (full scholarship). Studied with the distinguished Professor Rustem Hayroudinoff.

Buchmann-Mehta School of Music, Tel Aviv University Artist Diploma, awarded with a full scholarship (2022). Studied with the internationally renowned pedagogue Professor Arie Vardi, teacher of Yundi Li and Chen Sa.

Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance, graduated 2018. Awarded an ABRSM full scholarship, listed on the Dean's List, and studied with Dr Mary Mei Loc Wu.
